A Ketubah is a Hebrew marriage certificate. Each one that I paint is personally created for the wedding couple after multiple interviews discussing their interests, history and preferences. This one is an impressionistic view of Jerusalem as the couple wanted a very traditional Ketubah, relating historical content for both the painted area and the written word. The text portion is Hebrew with no English translation.
